a. How were you referred to PoE?
I just joined Clan of Elders, but we’re not sure if we’re the right ‘fit’:I’m a new player & they seem quite advanced; also they’re USA-based & as I live in the UK time zones could be a problem. You were recommended to me by Skara Moosh & Zephyr.

b. What characters/levels do you have? (Please provide a character name so we can contact you in game)

My active character: Ranger / Elementalist (11) –Ranulf Banksson


c. Which campaigns do you have?
All three campaigns + EotN

d. Are you pursuing any titles?
Not yet – too new!

e. What time zone are you in?
GMT

f. What name would you like to be known by in game? (We once had a member with a main named Bobo... we just couldn't bring ourselves to call him that)

Yes

2/3 weeks

Every day. I work from home so I can dabble during the day, but am most active in the evening

2. What guilds have you been part of in the past? Why did you/are you leaving?
Clan of Elders (as above)

3. What are you looking for in a guild? What are your expectations for PoE?
Maturity & ‘niceness’. In other games my experiences have been mostly negative: aggressive behaviouir, arguing, selfishness, rip-offs, etc. I’d like to hook up with people who are helpful & who appreciate it if & when I can help, who are friendly, & who just want to have fun together, I’ve been pretty much playing GW as single-player game; it’d be nice to group up with decent, real people instead of Henchmen – although my team is getting pretty formidable!

4. What you do...
a.What PvE activities do you frequently participate in?
None yet!

b. Are there any of the above that you do not currently participate in but would like to learn/do more of?
I don’t really know what’s available, but I'd like to give anything a go

5. Our chat policies on public channels and voice programs include PG-13 content, not making sexual or otherwise offensive comments, no spamming or flaming or insulting, and keeping selling on guild/alliance chat to an extreme minimum. We're not totally anal about it, but if you're obnoxious or offensive you'll be warned, then canned if it's chronic. Cool with that?

7. If you were a minipet, what would you be?

8. All our rules basically boil down to The One Rule to Rule Them All: Don't be a jerk. Most jerks don't know they're jerks, so how do you know you're not?
Good question!
My friends, online & IRL, say I’m not. My wife says she loves me & I believe her. I’m very active on other social media; there are loads of great people there I get on really well with, & have made some great friends.
